Volunteers Needed!

We have a keen and energetic team of volunteers running the Library and all our extra activities.

Come and join us! We always welcome more volunteers to keep the library open and help with events, and also need people to help with the behind the scenes organising and planning.

Friends of Pittenweem Community Library & Information Centre

Would you like to support us by becoming a member of The Friends of Pittenweem Library?

The annual subscription of £15 is based on the average cost of a new book and its protective plastic cover.

All subscriptions will be used exclusively for the purchase of books, audio-books and DVDs, which will carry an Ex Libris label with the wording ‘Purchased by Friends of Pittenweem Library.’ A list of names of our benefactors will be on display in the library and on our web page (but you may remain anonymous if you wish).

You will be invited to an annual Friends Evening in the Library to view the purchases and meet fellow benefactors.
