
The Spring Talks Programme is very varied with a great range of interesting topics. Huge thanks to the talented speakers who so generously come along to entertain and inform us. The talks will be held in our usual venue, Coastline Community Church, Session Street, Pittenweem KY10 2QL.
Doors open 7pm, talks start 7.30. Tea, coffee and biscuits included in the ticket price of £7.
Tickets are on sale in the library and available at the door on the night.

Thursday 19 March: ‘All Things Wool: an Evening with Di Gilpin and Sheila Greenwell’
Di Gilpin and Sheila Greenwell are co-founders of the East Neuk Knits festival and judges on the Channel 4 show Game of Wool.
Thursday 26 March: ‘How to Kill a Witch: an Evening with Claire Mitchell KC and Zoe Venditozzi’
Claire Mitchell is a Scottish advocate and Zoe Venditozzi a novelist and educator. Together they founded the Witches of Scotland campaign.
Thursday 9 April: ‘John Smith of Pittenweem and the Legacy of Clockmaking in the East Neuk’, David Jones, furniture historian, and clockmaker Eric Young
A specially commissioned talk to celebrate the life and work of John Smith, Pittenweem’s famous clockmaker
Thursday 23 April: ‘All the World’s a Stage’, Rufus Norris, Director of the National Theatre 2015–2025
What better way to celebrate Shakespeare’s birthday than to listen to Rufus Norris share his experience and knowledge of the theatre and its history.
