We are planning an exciting line up of speakers, all with a strong Fife connection – save the dates!
The Post is a community newsletter produced by library volunteers. It comes out on the second Friday of each month and you can have it sent directly to your inbox - see post for details. Or you can pick up a paper copy from some of the Pittenweem businesses.
UPDATE: Our Bookbug sessions will be back home in the Library after we open up again on Monday 25 March. There is a Bookbug every Saturday from 9.30 to 10.00 am. Please come along if you are aged between 0 and 4 years and can bring a responsible adult with you!
UPDATE: We look forward to seeing you back in the Library for our next Reminiscence Café. We have a Reminiscence Café for older members of the community. It is on Monday 8 January and the first Monday of each month thereafter between 11.00am and 12.00pm
UPDATE: Scrabble will be back in the Library from week beginning 25 March. All welcome, including beginners. Every Thursday afternoon at 2.00pm. Tea/coffee and biscuits for a £1 donation to the library funds.
UPDATE: We are reopening on Monday 25 March. The Library building is undergoing some exciting building work and while we are closed some of our services will continue at Art@47 in the High Street. Click on the post for details.
Our new season of evening talks starts on Thursday 12 October with another great line up of speakers presenting fascinating subjects - an all to raise funds for the library. More details in the posts linked below.
We have a Reminiscence Café for older members of the community. It is on the first Monday of each Month between 11.00am and 12.00pm.
Our annual craft workshop for Halloween will be on Tuesday 17 October between 10.30am and 12.30pm. Come along and make some spooky decorations - you can take your art work away with you to scare people at home! Click on the link for full details.
