Books with Wings is our service for parents and carers. We started it during the lockdown, when we could only offer an Order and Collect service. Now that the Library has reopened, we are delighted that you can come inside to choose books again. The books will fly off the shelves to your children!
Books with Wings is run by Library volunteers who lead the pre-school Bookbug sessions and welcome pupils from Pittenweem nursery and primary school.
We can give advice on the kind of books your children might enjoy and how to find them. We also stock DVDs and audiobooks for children. We have many new titles, bought with grants and donations we have obtained for our children’s collection. Come and visit to find out more! Browse through the selections we have posted online!
