Focus on Scottish Crime Some great new books this month including these new crime fiction titles set in Scotland. Authors are Doug Johnstone, T F Muir and Denise Mina.
Jasper Fforde lives in Wales, began his career in the film industry and spent many years writing before his first novel, The Eyre Affair, was published in 2001. Since then, he has become known for his series of books Nursery Crimes that are set in an alternative universe. The wildly inventive Constant Rabbit featured in the Sunday Times best seller list 2020.
Andrew Greig, author and poet, may be familiar to you. He grew up in Anstruther, and now lives in Orkney. His love of the scenery, history, geology and outdoor pursuits in Scotland are reflected in his published work and this book is an excellent example.
